One of the most incredible works ever to come out of City Cakes , check out our Tattooed Beauty Cake by Chef Benny Rivera in collaboration with the incredible artist Sue Beatrice, who originally met on Food Network's Halloween Wars. This gorgeous sculpture was almost 4-feet tall and was constructed out of Lush Amaretto Cake inside. The outside of this human custom cake down to the hair and facial features was all modeling chocolate and edible paints. The elaborate and gorgeous nature tattoos all over her body are original pieces created by Chef Benny and Sue Beatrice, inclusive of sea life, remarkable florals, butterflies and birds and more.
