This stunning creation was designed by Chef Benny Rivera from City Cakes for the Oklahoma State Sugar Art Piece. Winning first place in it’s category, this was completely made out of cake, ganache, sugar paste, fondant and isomalt. Roger, the sea turtle, traveled all the way from our basement NYC bakery to Oklahoma in one piece to stand up for the modern environmental issues at hand.
