Standing over 8 feet tall, this New York City Lady Liberty Cake was created in the likeness of the real beauty by Chef Benny Rivera of City Cakes. Carefully sculpted in pieces, assembled and hand painted, this entire piece is covered head to toe with sugar gumpaste, rolled fondant and modeling chocolate. Lady Liberty’s torch lit up the entire room!
