Refunds & Credits

Almost all of our items are FINAL SALE, due to the edible nature of the item. We do not guarantee the shipment estimations set forth by USPS, as they are guidelines not guarantees - this helps keep your shipping charges lower. Our cookies last for weeks due to natural preservatives and thus a few days delay won't make a big difference to freshness.

If there is a discrepancy in your order, we must be contacted prior to consumption and both images and samples are required for any credit or refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any shipping charges. This is to be determined based on the situation and at the discretion of management.

If you have made an error in the delivery address or we have trouble reaching the recipient for whatever reason, it is your responsibility to file the claim with USPS. It is not the responsibility of City Cakes to guarantee delivery if your address or recipient information is incorrect or unavailable.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you need a new size. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different size, send us an email at admin@citycakes.com and send your item to: City Cakes EXCHANGES, 251 West 18th Street Lower Level, New York New York US 10011.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
