This Earth Loves You, Love it Back Cake was created and designed by Chef Benny Rivera from City Cakes as a competition show piece. Competing against over 1,800 other show pieces, it won gold at the UK Cake International! The cake was hand created, sculpted, painted, and shaped using fondant, gumpaste, and modeling chocolate. Always trying to create an awareness and make a difference in this world, this piece emphasizes how delicately special our planet is and reinforces that we are much more than the eye can see.
