The Easter Surprise Cake was custom designed by Chef Benny Rivera from City Cakes specifically for the April 2017 issue of Cake International Magazine. It came with special step by step instructions on how to create this sweet duckling and his egg hunt. Standing over 2 feet tall, the mushroom, grass mound, and eggs were all carved out of cake while the duckling sitting on top was made out sugar.
