Climbing Color Palate was created and designed by Chef Benny Rivera at City Cakes as a competition piece. This camouflaging chameleon won first place in the sculpted category at That Takes the Cake Show competition in Austin, Texas as well as first place with the Federazione Internazionale Pasticceria Gelateria Cioccolateria - USA Divisional. All of the carefully created details were made out of sculpted cake, modeling chocolate, fondant, isomalt, sugar paste, gel and powder colors.
